All FLASH site packages and Custom Template Packages are limited to three (3) design/layout revisions per project in the design phase. Any revisions requested by the customer exceeding the three (3) standard revisions will be subject to a flat 30-minute rate of $39.99
All FLASH site packages and Custom Template Packages projects will be billed twice monthly until project is completed and approved by the client. First and last payments will be submitted by the client in advance and is due upon sign up for services.
Clients may cancel contract services at any time. Cancellation of contract will discontinue all future billings. All estimates are final. Fees are non-refundable.
Content-specific services and/or revisions, as supplied by Z Digital Arts & Media and requested by the customer, are subject to the terms stated in
the Content Maintenance Plan Terms.
