Z Digital Arts & Media manages the entire workflow of the animation project, from start to finish. For projects, whether big or small, tradtional or 3-D animated, the workflow includes:
• Design (Character, Subject and Environment)
• Modeling
• Rigging
• Materials & Paint
• Layout
• Animation
• Lighting & Effects
• Rendering

All Animation & Special Effects projects will be billed twice monthly until project is completed and approved by the client. First and last payments will be submitted by the client in advance and is due upon signing of Animation & Special Effects Contract.
Clients may cancel contract services at any time. Cancellation of contract will discontinue all future billings. All estimates are final. Fees are non-refundable.
Additional hours incurred by Z Digital Arts due to changes in requirements (which will be gathered during and established in writing after the intial consultation meeting) made by the client after the acceptance of the Animation & Special Effects Contract, will be subject to a flat 30-minute rate of $49.99 for every 30-minutes over the initial time estimate established at the time of signing the agreement.
An early termination fee of $500.00 will be applied to Animation & Special Effects services cancelled within six months of signup.
Associated products purchased in support of the Animation & Special Effects project that are subject to monthly and/or annual renewal fees, such as Web Hosting, Domain Name Registration, and Maintenance Plans, will be subject to renewal payment terms and conditions as defined in each plan listing. No renewal fee of these monthly/annual services will be due or assessed to the client until one-calendar year after purchase. Development rates and package pricing is subject to change.
